"Bad Timing and Not Great for Little Kids"
Went with my family, and the timing felt really unlucky because every time we got to something that looked fun, the younger kids either weren’t tall enough or the wait made it not worth it. There just didn’t seem to be enough family-friendly stuff to fill the day, so we ended up walking around way more than actually doing anything. Maybe it would be better with older kids, but for us it was kind of frustrating. Wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

cancelling our Dreamworld tickets ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. It took ages to get a straight answer about the refund, and every response felt like they were just putting it off. I understand there are rules around cancellations, but the whole thing was handled poorly. I wouldn’t book direct again unless I was completely sure I could go.

"Pretty frustrating entry experience"
Entry was kind of a mess from the beginning, haha. We already had tickets but still ended up stuck in this huge line that barely moved. Security was even slower, and the signs weren’t very clear about where we were supposed to go. The staff seemed a bit confused too, so nobody really explained what was happening. By the time we finally got inside, everyone was already annoyed. Not the best start, i wouldn’t be in a rush to go back.

I don’t usually expect amazing service everywhere, but compared to other places I’ve been, the staff here came across unfriendly. I felt like I was being brushed off rather than helped, which made the whole experience uncomfortable...

I reached out and was told someone would get back to me, but I’m still waiting. The vague promises like “we’ll follow up soon” are frustrating when nothing actually happens. I just want a clear answer instead of being left hanging

"Pretty dirty when we visited 😕"
We went to the park it felt really neglected. The bins were overflowing, the toilets were gross, and a bunch of the tables still had old food sitting on them. It just didn’t feel clean at all… disappointing 😬

"Not really worth it for the thrill rides"
I went mostly for the thrill rides, but uh, a lot of them felt old and rough, and not as exciting as I expected. The queues were really long too, so by the end of the day it just didn’t feel like it was worth it.

"Way Too Much Waiting"
The lines were ridiculously long and barely seemed to move. We spent more time standing around than actually getting on rides, and at some point I was just like, why is this so complicated? For what we paid, it really didn’t feel worth it for us.

"A bit confusing to use"
The layout was confusing, and the maps didn’t really help much. I spent about a while trying to figure things out, but it still felt harder than it should’ve been.

"Got My Tickets, But the Site Needs Work"
The site kept freezing while I was trying to buy tickets, and it took a few tries before it finally went through. I’m glad I ended up getting them, but there really needs to be some accountability for how unreliable the process was. Customers shouldn’t have to keep refreshing and hoping it works.

"Hard to justify the cost now"
I was planning to take the family, but once I looked at the ticket prices and added everything up, I kind of lost interest. With kids and all the little extras, it ends up being a lot for what used to be a simple fun day out. We’ll probably find something else to do instead...

"Not really worth it this time"
Our visit was frustrating. We checked the website before we went, but once we got there, a bunch of the rides we were excited for were either closed or kept stopping and starting. It felt like we spent half the day wandering around and finding “closed” signs instead of actually getting on rides. Weirdly, I still remember this one bright orange trash can near a closed ride because we stood next to it for so long trying to figure out what to do next. For the price of the tickets, it just didn’t feel worth it. The kids were bored and disappointed, and the staff couldn’t really tell us when anything would reopen. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back unless the ride list is actually accurate.

"Same confusing signage, same frustrating day"
It was frustrating dealing with the maps and signs again. The park map didn’t really match what was actually around us, and some signs were either missing or pointing in directions that made no sense. We spent way too much time walking in circles just trying to find rides and toilets. The staff were fine when we stopped to ask, but it gets tiring having to ask someone every few minutes for basic directions. This really needs to be sorted out.

We spent most of the day standing in long lines, enjoying surprise cold showers, and discovering that half the slides were closed. Super relaxing, obviously. The whole place felt chaotic, and for what we paid, it really didn’t feel worth it for us.

"Crowds were all over the place"
I went sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, and the crowds were a mess. It didn’t feel like anyone was really managing the flow of people, and it made the whole experience stressful. I was looking forward to it, but with how packed and chaotic it felt, I wouldn’t say it was worth going

"Disappointing Halloween Atmosphere"
I was really hoping for that fun, spooky Halloween feeling I remember getting at events like this, but it just wasn’t there. The theming felt cheap, and a lot of the areas looked unfinished or just plain boring. I kept waiting for that little rush of excitement when you turn a corner and see something cool, but it mostly felt underwhelming.

"I went mostly for the animal exhibits..."
I went mostly for the animal exhibits, so I really wanted to enjoy this, but it felt kind of sad and rushed. The encounter we paid for was over before it really got started, and while the staff were polite enough, they seemed worn out. Reading between the lines, it felt like they were stretched thin and just trying to get through the day. There also wasn’t much information shared, which made it feel less like an experience and more like a quick stop. A few areas looked tired too, and for the price, I expected a lot more. I wouldn’t go back specifically for the animal encounters.

"Fun day, but the food was a letdown"
Not gonna lie, I had a fun day overall, but the food really dragged it down. The burger was dry, the chips were cold, and they tasted like they’d been sitting out for ages. The prices were on the high side too, which made it even more frustrating. Staff were fine, but I just wish the food had actually matched what we paid
